The Norfolk Climate Change Partnership Portfolio Holders Group forms part of the Norfolk Climate Change Partnership (NCCP).

The Portfolio Group will consist of representation from all Norfolk districts and the County Council to overseen Norfolk wide strategies, policies and projects to ameliorate climate change, drive sustainable growth and contribute to reduction in carbon emissions.
