To consider approving a draft agreement that needs to be in place between the three authorities that are participating in a joint procurement, and to grant delegated authority to the Executive Director for Strategy and Governance (in consultation with the Deputy Leader and Portfolio Holder for Place) to approve any final amendments, complete the agreement, and to commission legal support and subsequently approve further documents related to the procurement.
