Decision:

To bring the current maximum Fixed Penalty Notice values used by Breckland Council enforcement (locality) officer(s) in line with current Government Legislation.  This will in some instances include a rise in value in comparison to present value.

 

To adapt the current policy of early Fixed Penalty Notice repayment values to minus 20% of the maximum value issued by Breckland Council enforcement, in line with the above point.  This value was previously set at -25% of the maximum penalty value for the relevant offence(s).  This will in all instances include a rise in value in comparison to present value.
