To release the funds received from open space and recreation contribution held by the Council in accordance with 3 x Section 106 Agreements dated 11th June 2014, in relation to planning permission 3PL/2013/1084/F (£5694.83), 3PL/2012/1259/F dated 3rd April 2014 (£81,247.00 and 3PL/2013/0413/F dated 16th September 2013 (£7101.28).

 

Totalling £94,043.11 for the refurbishment of London Road Play Area, in Attleborough.

 

In view of the comments received by the Ward Representatives.  The Council has asked for a caveat to the decision, requiring Attleborough Town Council to use up to £7000 to undertake some public consultation on the preferred designs of the play area.

(3)   Delegate authority to the following officers the power to enforce licence conditions and to vary or revoke individual licences:
