RESOLVED that:

1)    the Norfolk Green Infrastructure and Recreational Avoidance and Mitigation Strategy (GIRAM Strategy) and the Statement of Common Ground which commits planning authorities to an immediate review of the GIRAMS mitigation package be adopted;

2)    the collection of obligations from applications for residential development in accordance with the recommendations in the GIRAM Strategy be approved.
