Members approved the recommendations as set out in the report to approve the key provisions of the Inter-Authority Agreement, allocate funds for the commissioning of legal support and grant the necessary delegations (in consultation with the Deputy Leader and Executive Member for Place) to approve contractual and procurement documents.
