Decision
Having heard the evidence and read the written representations received the committee has made the following decision. It made the following findings of fact;
Notwithstanding the above the Committee was minded that the application should be approved with a number of amendments. Following consideration of the following provisions contained in national guidance, in particular paragraphs 2.4, 2.12, 2.32, 2.36. 8.67, 8.68, 10.19, and Breckland Council Licensing Policy, parts 4, 6 and 8.
Box F – Recorded Music On any day from 12.00 hrs until 23.00 hrs Subject to the following conditions
Box M – Supply of Alcohol Sunday to Thursday 10.00 hrs until 23.00 hrs Friday and Saturday 10.00hrs until 00.00hrs On any New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on those days to the start of permitted hours on the following day
Box O – Hours Premises are Open to the Public Sunday to Thursday 10.00hrs to 23.30hrs Friday to Saturday 10.00 to 00.30hrs On any New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on those days to the start of permitted hours on the following day
