The Hearing was conducted in accordance with the procedures as set out in the Agenda.

 

Decision

That having considered all the oral and written evidence submitted and having given consideration to the Licensing Act 2003 and its regulations, the national guidance and the Council’s licensing policy, the application be granted for a premises licence for the premises known as Yaxham Waters to operate during the hours as stated below and subject to the mandatory conditions drawn from the Licensing Act and the following conditions:

  • Fully trained staff shall be on the licensed area of the site, the subject of this application, when alcohol is for sale.  
  • Training manuals for staff shall be kept on site and records of individual training programmes shall be maintained.
  • All doors and windows shall be kept closed whilst recorded music is being played, except for access to and egress from the licensed premises.
  • All glasses and rubbish shall be cleared from the verandah at regular intervals and the area regularly monitored by staff.

Monday to Saturday from 07:00 hrs until 23:00 hrs

Sunday from 07:00 hrs until 22:30 hrs

Box M – Supply of alcohol

Monday to Saturday from 07:00 hrs until 23:00 hrs

Sunday from 07:00 hrs until 22:30 hrs

Box O – Hours premises are open to the public

Monday to Saturday from 07:00 hrs until 23:00 hrs

Sunday from 07:00 hrs until 22.30 hrs

 

 

Reason for the Decision

 

The Committee is satisfied that the applicant has shown his ability and commitment to running the premises in a manner which will promote the licensing objectives.
