IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT The Director of Planning & Building Control announced that late on Friday, 25 October 2019, the Council received the Planning Inspectorate’s final report on the Local Plan. Due to time constraints, it had not been possible to consider the comments contained within the Inspector’s report; therefore, in terms of the vast majority of agenda items, it was not considered appropriate or lawful to hear the following applications:

In response to a concern, Members were informed that although it was the remit of Full Council to adopt the Local Plan, the emerging Local Plan and the stages within it and the comments submitted by the Planning Inspectorate still had to be considered and taken into account prior to it being adopted.
For those applications not being discussed, members of the public, Officers and the Ward Representatives left the meeting.
