To approve the revised Housing Assistance Policy, which sets out discretionary grants that are available to enable to residents to remain living in their home safely or move to somewhere more suitable.

That the Housing Assistance Policy be approved.

 

Reasons for the decision:

To meets the requirement of the Regulatory Reform Order 2002, being clear about how housing grants are prioritised and assessed.

Option1: That members approve the Housing Assistance Policy.

Option 2: That members do not approve the Housing Assistance Policy.
