That having considered all the oral and written evidence submitted and having given consideration to the Licensing Act 2003 and its regulations, the national guidance, paragraph 8.14 of March 2015 and the Council’s licensing policy as appropriate to this application, that the application be granted for a premises licence for the premises known as Bawdeswell Village Hall, Reepham Road, Bawdeswell, as applied for and subject to the mandatory conditions drawn from the Licensing Act and the following amendments to the operating schedule:
Reason for Decision
The Committee notes there are no recorded complaints in respect of the previous Licence, that there are no Responsible Authority objections, and that the Applicant has agreed to a limit of 12 days per year for external live and/or recorded music events.
The premises appear well run and there are no issues sufficient to justify refusal of the application or the needed imposition of any additional conditions.
The Committee notes that the Review procedure is available should the premises be badly run.
